  The food and location is good, the service is hit or miss. Have had ok experiences but have also walked in, had 5 staff members glance at me and ignore me, waited 5 mins and still nothing so we felt super awkward and left. Havent been back.

  I came in today and the restaurant was half full, mid-day. It took 37 minutes for the food to arrive, my friends sub arrived cold. We had to ask them where our food was and there seemed to be a scramble of activity before it arrived like they were catching up. The Black Sheep Burger I ordered was pretty good. The big negative was there was *glass* in the fries. They took it back offered to remake it and took the order off the receipt. At that point my whole group just stopped eating. No manager came out to check, we had the distinct impression that it really doesn't seem like their service cares for customer satisfaction.
